These terms govern your use of laghjichi.com, operated by Laghjichi Hair Products. By using the site, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site. No hard feelings.
Our content
Everything on this site belongs to Laghjichi Hair Products or its licensors: the words, the photography, the product names, the wordmark. Read it, link to it, share it with a friend who needs better hair days. Do not copy it, scrape it, or resell it without our written permission.
Acceptable use
Use the site the way it was built to be used. Do not interfere with how it runs, probe it for weaknesses, submit forms pretending to be someone else, harvest data from it with automated tools, or use it for anything unlawful. That covers it.
Product information
We work hard to keep descriptions, ingredient lists, and photos accurate. Small errors still happen, and every screen renders color a little differently. If something here turns out to be wrong, we will correct it once we know. The ingredient list printed on the physical packaging always controls.
No medical claims
Our products are cosmetic. They style, condition, and finish hair. They do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have a scalp or skin concern, talk to a professional, and patch-test any new product before regular use.
Prices and ordering
Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Checkout is not yet live: you can join the interest list today, and orders open soon. Until then, nothing on this site is an offer to sell, and adding a product to your bag does not reserve stock or lock in a price.
Limitation of liability
In plain words: we stand behind what we make, but we provide this site as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Laghjichi Hair Products is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you actually paid us. Nothing in these terms takes away rights the law does not allow us to limit.
