Privacy policy.
The short version
We collect what you hand us, we guard it, and we never sell it. If you want it gone, one email does it. The longer version follows.
What we collect
Everything we hold, you typed yourself. Laghjichi Hair Products collects information through the forms on laghjichi.com:
- Newsletter: your email address.
- Formula quiz: your answers about hair type and routine, plus your email if you choose to save your results.
- Checkout interest list: your email, so we can tell you the moment ordering opens.
- Pro applications: your name, business name, role, city, email, and number of chairs.
We do not collect payment details. Checkout is not live yet, and when it launches, payments will be handled by a dedicated payment processor.
How we use and store it
Your information is stored securely, along with a record of the consent you gave when you submitted it. We use it for exactly what you would expect: sending the newsletter you joined, replying to the application you sent, and following up on marketing only where you agreed to hear from us.
We do not sell personal data. Not to advertisers, not to brokers, not to anyone.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people use this site: which pages get read, which get skipped. This is anonymous usage data. Your email address never enters our analytics. Advertising signals and ad personalization are switched off in our configuration.
If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, analytics is disabled for you automatically. You can also switch it off yourself below.
Cookies and local storage
This site stores small pieces of data in your browser for three jobs:
- Cart: remembering what you have set aside.
- Theme: remembering whether you prefer light or dark mode.
- Lead retry queue: holding a form submission on your device so it can try again if your connection drops.
None of this is used to track you across other websites.
Photo analysis in the quiz
The Find My Formula quiz has an optional step where you can share one photo of your hair. If you use it, the photo is sent over an encrypted connection to our AI provider (Anthropic), analyzed once to estimate curl pattern, strand thickness and dryness, and the photo itself is then discarded. We never store your photo, we never use it for anything except that one analysis, and skipping the photo step gives you the same quiz with questions instead. The text results of an analysis are only saved if you choose to save your formula with your email.

Analytics on this device. One tap turns our analytics off for this browser. No account needed, takes effect immediately.
Unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in any email we send. To unsubscribe another way, or to have your data deleted entirely, email hello@laghjichi.com and we will take care of it.
California residents
If you live in California, the CCPA gives you the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to receive a copy of it, to ask us to delete it, and to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@laghjichi.com. We will never treat you differently for asking.
