Shipping and returns.
One thing first: checkout has not launched yet. We publish these policies early so you can read the fine print before you spend a dollar. They take effect the day ordering opens.
Shipping
We ship within the United States at launch.
- Orders over $40: free US shipping.
- Orders under $40: a flat rate of [RATE].
International shipping is not available yet. Join the newsletter and we will tell you the moment that changes.
Processing
Once checkout opens, orders will be processed within 1 to 2 business days. You will get a confirmation email with tracking when your order ships.
Returns
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Opened products are a conversation, not a dead end. If a formula is not working for your hair, contact us and we will make it right: a better-matched product, a credit, or a refund. We would rather fix it than argue about it.
How to start a return
Email hello@laghjichi.com with your order number and what went wrong. A person reads it, and a person replies with next steps.
